Coach Tim Muth had this say about Noah’s Perfect Game. “Tonight was the best control that I have seen from Noah. Noah was as strong with his fastball at the end of the game as he was at the beginning. Noah was very efficient by locating his fastball the entire game. He kept hitters off balance with his off speed pitches. Everything was working to “perfection” for Noah.”

In the game teammate Calvin Stefanczyk made a diving play to rob Ozaukee’s Zac Beck from a potential single, helping preserve Fink’s perfect game. In the final inning, Fink worked his way back to an eventual strikeout after getting behind 3-0 in the count against one of Ozaukee’s last batters.

Luteran/Kohler (4-2, 4-0 Central Lakeshore Conference) went up 1-0 in the top of the fifth when Jacob Muth drove in Fink, who reached base on an error. The Crusaders later added two more runs in the sixth, with Paul Vincente driving in Josh Pingel, and then scoring himself off an RBI single by Stefanczyk. Pingel doubled down the left field line to bring Jacob Muth home in the seventh inning scoring the final run for Lutheran/Kohler. Fink, Jacob Muth and Michael Chorowicz each finished with two hits apiece.
